She started her own health and wellness company “The Artistic Athlete” to help teach and inform dancers on how to prevent injuries, work efficiently with their bodies and expand their capacities as an artist, performer, and athlete. She continues to develop and research methods of training in order to condition dancers to become artistic, technical and physically balanced performers.
Along with teaching, she has also excelled in competing in triathlons, half-marathons, Cross-Fit, and Powerlifting competitions. Megan is passionate about performing, her students, health and wellness and most of all, being a wife and mother of three vivacious boys.
