Boston Dance Theater 2025 Summer Immersion Project

Boston Dance Theater’s 2025 Summer Immersion Project (SIP), is a five-day intensive designed for motivated dancers ages 18 and older who are looking to train in a professional contemporary repertory environment.

This year’s SIP includes the opportunity to work closely with Co-Artistic Director Jessie Jeanne Stinnett and the artists of BDT, diving into repertory and process through works by top industry choreographers Rena Butler (Hubbard St, Gauthier Dance), Itzik Galili (Batsheva, Stuttgart Ballet), Alessandro Sousa Pereira (Danish Dance Theater), and Roya Carreras Fereshtehnejad (Bodytraffic, Peridance Company)..

On the final day of SIP, August 29, we’ll also host our annual Summer Open Call Audition, where we’ll be seeking dancers for roles within Boston Dance Theater’s Trainee Program. Details and registration can be found HERE.
