Sheridan was born and raised in American Fork, Utah. After graduating high school in 2015, she moved to Logan, Utah where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Utah State University in 2020. Following her graduation, she made the move to Salt Lake City to begin working in her field and obtained a license as a Social Service Worker. She has worked for multiple mental health agencies in the Salt Lake area, primarily as a case manager and substance use counselor. She is a current Masters of Social Work candidate at the University of Utah.

Beyond the professional realm, Sheridan finds fulfillment in outdoor pursuits like hiking, camping and rock climbing. She enjoys expressing her creativity through singing, writing and dancing. In her free time, she takes dance classes at Onyx Pole & Aerial Fitness and has found healing in movement.
